Sam and his team are truly great! I just discovered them where I needed to tighten my fiancé engagement ring prongs for the diamond was loose. And not only Sam and team fixed the issue, they also discovered loose diamonds around the eternity band as well and had them fixed... Sam is forever my jeweler now! Even when I just wana come get a quick professional clean.. Thank You so much!!

I dropped my watch, shattering the crystal, and was devastated. This watch repair shop came to the rescue and replaced the crystal with precision and care. The watch now looks even better than it did before the mishap. The quality of the replacement and the overall service were exceptional, and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the result.

Amazing personalized and fast service from Sam. One day turnaround on engagement and band repair for missing small micro pave stones. Exceptional work, fair price, and great service during every visit and on the phone. Based on the reviews, I went there to get my diamond eternity rings, cleaned and checked. Luckily I did because the kind woman was able to show me that 3 diamonds were able to spin (meaning the prongs were a bit loose). I went back hour and a half later and it was fixed and sparking! I’m not sure how much something like this normally cost but it was $150. It seemed a little steep, but I don’t know what went into fixing it, so I guess I can’t complain. Plus it’s cheaper than losing a diamond. That’s for sure.

I'm just relieved that a place like Sam's exists. After having a HORRID EXPERIENCE at MORGANS JEWELERS in South Bay, Sam's is the only place I trust for fine watch repairs. I've had my Omega Speedmaster serviced 1x (should be done every 5 years or so) and repaired 1x here. They know what they are doing (my watch is working flawlessly) and they are honest. Can't ask for anything more than that. Reasonable pricing as well (they don't RIP you off).

I recently got a ring from my in-laws. My father in law went to Chiang Mai, Thailand, 20 years ago on a business trip and bought this ring for my mother in law..and they both wanted to give it to me! It means a lot to me, and so when I had to decide on who to entrust my ring with, to have resized, I went straight to Yelp and found Sam. And I do not regret it at all. I emailed him, he emailed me back on the same day, we set up an appointment by the evening. Good vibes from the beginning. When I first brought the ring in Sam was working with another customer, but the lovely lady who was there promptly greeted me and helped me decide on the ring size. We decided on a size and I thought that was it, but Sam excused himself from the woman he was helping and checked my finger with the new size I settled on. He asked if I was ok with it and even suggested I could go down one half size but Im not comfortable with snug rings as I never wear them so I stuck to my initial ring size. I really appreciate that he was honest about the ring size and didn’t just go along with what his customer wanted. In that moment, I knew I had chosen the right place. The ring was ready to be picked up a few hours later but I couldn’t pick it up so I asked if they could hold it till the following weekend and they said yes and that it wouldn’t be a problem. One week later and I have my ring, perfectly sized, and polished! They cleaned it! Bonus! Again, the service when picking up was so lovely. Sam was busy helping a gentleman with his watch but he still took the time to say hi and ask me how my day was going. The lovely lady (I’m so sorry I don’t know her name) gave me my ring and it is perfect! 10/10 I recommend. Look no further.
